I'm guessing that we have another example of fermented food. Bread that has been rotting for the last six months? Doesn't look too appetising, but perhaps it is surprisingly nice? I'm looking forward to finding out.

It looks like a slice of BRAIN, if only it weren't green I'd say for sure it was half a brain and we are looking at the side it was sliced. That looks grootie... the other thing it could be if it weren't green is a super close up photo of the moon... so I'm assuming whatever it is has to do with the color, since all it reminds me of is not green... looking forward to seeing what it really is!
